SPS Technologies Offers Large Diameter Locknuts

JENKINTOWN, PA. – SPS Technologies’ Aerospace Fasteners Group has announced the availability of large diameter locknuts for use in critical applications.

These nuts are available in diameters from 7/8” to 6” diameters in hex, 12 point, spline, castellated, and full and thin height FLEXLOC ® all-metal self-locking configurations.

Available materials include carbon and alloy steels, corrosion resistant steel, brass, aluminum and superalloys for high temperature and corrosion resistant applications. These superalloys include MP35N ®, MP159 ®, A286, alloy 718, WASPALOY®, and AEREX® 350 alloys.

Product engineers, supported by an experienced staff, are available to offer technical assistance in fastener design and material selection.
