Comprehensive Guide to Aircraft Inserts and Studs Offered by SPS Technologies

JENKINTOWN, PA - A 4-page, full-color guide to SPS inserts and studs has been released by the Aerospace Fastener Group of SPS Technologies. The comprehensive guide is designed to familiarize engineers and designers with the applications and features, as well as the various types and styles of threaded inserts and studs manufactured by SPS. The guide illustrates and discusses solid wall staked inserts, staked studs, swaged inserts, floating inserts and ringlock studs, inserts and rings. Features, applications, configurations, materials, sizes, threads and standards are given for each insert and stud included in the guide.
