SPS Technologies Offers Selection of Solid Wall Swage Locked Inserts

JENKINTOWN, PA - SPS Technologies, a leading manufacturer of high-strength fasteners and precision components, offers a line of solid wall swage locked inserts for aerospace and military applications.

These swage locked inserts offer designers weight-savings, space-savings, and strength benefits. SPS swage locked inserts feature a locking knurl design that makes installation easy and provides high torque-out performance in soft and hard parent materials.

The swage locked inserts are available in #4 through ½" and 4mm through 10mm diameters. UNJF, UNJC and metric threads are available. Materials include alloy 718, 17-4 PH, A286 and 4130 alloy steel; cadmium, molybdenum disulfide solid film lubricant and silver finishes are available. The inserts are manufactured to MIL-I, AS, NSA, and EN standards or specific customer requirements.
