Family of 12-Point Bolts Offered by SPS Technologies

JENKINTOWN, PA. - SPS Technologies, a leading manufacturer of high-strength fasteners and precision components since 1903, offers a line of 12-point bolts in a variety of materials and finishes. These bolts are available in sizes from #6 to 1-3/4" diameters.

SPS Technologies' 12-point bolts may be manufactured from more than ten different materials including AEREX® 350, MP35N®, MP159®, titanium, Alloy 718, WASPALOY, alloy steels, CRES materials, AERMET®, H-11 and A286. Available finishes include cadmium, nickel-cadmium, no-finish, silver and passivated.

Bolts in this configuration exhibit strengths of up to 260KSI ultimate tensile strength. Shear bolts exhibit strengths up to 160KSI. Locking features are available to assist in product design and material selection.
