Castellated Locking Nuts Offered by SPS Technologies

JENKINTOWN, PA . - SPS Technologies, a leading manufacturer of precision fasteners since 1903, offers a line of castellated locking nuts in both hex and 12-point configurations.

SPS® castellated locknuts are offered in sizes from .190" to 1.5” diameters in a variety of materials and finishes. Material availability includes A286, Alloy Steel, Alloy 718 and Stainless Steel. Cadmium, Cadmium & Molybdenum , Silver, Passivated, and plain finishes are applied in the computer-controlled SPS plating facility. Metal, Nylon, NYTEMP® and VESPEL® locking features can be applied. Castellated nuts are tested to meet the locking requirements of NASM-25027 and other industry and customer standards.

SPS product engineer, supported by an experienced technical staff, are available to assist in product design and material selection.
