SPS Technologies Offers Fasteners Made of AEREX 350™ Superalloy

JENKINTOWN, PA . - SPS Technologies offers fasteners made from a proprietary superalloy designated AEREX 350. Although originally developed for use in aerospace jet engines, AEREX 350 fasteners have also proved to be of value for power generation equipment, aircraft landing gear and airframe applications.

Fasteners manufactured from AEREX 350 offer high-strength, corrosion resistance and are suitable for use in applications up to 1350º F. AEREX 350 material exhibits the highest resistance to creep and stress rupture of any current fastener alloy. Displaying superior notch toughness and thermal stability, AEREX 350 can be forged into a wide range of fastener configurations.
