SPS Technologies Offers Aerospace Spline Drive Bolts

JENKINTOWN, PA - SPS Technologies, a leading manufacturer of high-strength fasteners and precision components since 1903, offers 12-point bolts in a variety of materials and finishes. These bolts are available in sizes from #10 to 1-1/2” diameters.

SPS spline bolts can be ordered from AEREX 350™, MP35N™, MP159™, titanium, alloy 718, WASPALOY, alloy steel, H-11, A286 and CRES material. Finishes of cadmium, nickel cadmium, and silver can be applied in the SPS computer controlled plating facility.

Tensile bolts with spline head configuration are available with strength levels up to 260 KSI ultimate tensile strength. Shear bolts are offered in strength levels up to 156 KSI shear strength, depending on choice of material. Locking features are also available.
