Castellated Locking Nuts Offered by SPS Technologies

JENKINTOWN, PA - SPS Technologies, a leading manufacturer of precision fasteners since 1903, offers a line of castellated locking nuts in both hex and 12-point configurations. These nuts are frequently used with cotter pins for added locking assurance.

SPS Technologies' castellated locknuts are offered in sizes from .190" to 2: diameters in a variety of materials and finishes. Material availability includes A286, Alloy Steel, Alloy 718 and Stainless Steel. Cadmium, silver, passivated and plain finishes are applied in the computer-controlled SPS plating facility. Castellated nuts are tested to meet the locking requirements of NASM-25027 (formerly MIL-N-25027) and other industry and customer standards.
