SPS Technologies Offers Wrenchable Aerospace Nuts

JENKINTOWN, PA - SPS Technologies, a leading manufacturer of high-strength fasteners and precision components for the aircraft and aerospace industries since 1903, offers a selection of wrenchable aerospace nuts. These nuts are available in a wide variety of types, materials, finishes, threads, locking features, temperature limits and dimensions.

Hex head, 12-point, spline, castellated and 10 point wrenchable nuts from SPS Technologies are available in alloy steel, aluminum, brass and superalloys for high-temperature and corrosion resistant applications. Available materials include: MP35N®, Alloy 718, A286, WASPALOY® and AEREX® 350. Finishes include plain, cadmium, silver, nickel cadmium, molybdenum disulfide, anodized and dry film lubricant. All plating is performed in the SPS Technologies computer-controlled plating facility. Size capabilities are from #0 to 6” diameter. Wrenchable nuts are available in both SPS and ESNA® part numbers.

These nuts have threads that comply with UNJF, UNJC, UNJS or metric. The nuts use all-metal, nylon or VESPEL® locking features.
